此課程邀請學術界知名學者，或是產業界經驗豐富之實務工作者，進行演講與交流，討論積體電路、通訊、奈米科技以及能源相關各個研究領域的現況與趨勢，以期學生能增廣見聞。除此之外，也安排學生簡報所研讀的相關工程主題論文。This course invites well-known academics or experienced practitioners in the industry to conduct lectures and exchanges, discuss the current situation and trends of various research fields related to overall circuits, communications, nanotechnology and energy, in order to increase students' ability to grow See. 本課程為碩士班一、二年級必修課程，主要針對經濟學各領域之專題研討會進行討論，本課程進行方式為邀請各領域之經濟學者蒞臨演講或由本系教師進行專題演講，並與學生進行雙向溝通與學術交流，藉以培養學生參與學術研討會之興趣與從中獲得新知識與研究想法。
