數位轉型是近年台灣產業升級的重點工作之一,尤其在COVID-19疫情肆虐後,從市場消費習慣改變到供應鏈斷鏈的衝擊,都迫使企業加速轉型。然而,數位轉型須建構在提升客戶價值的價值流之上,輔以適切的資訊人才,解決人才不足的問題,才能協助企業以數據化的方式來理解企業價值流,經由數位資訊系統的幫助,進而達到成功轉型的目的。
本課程的目的是透過產業轉型的案例與推動實務的分享,讓學生了解目前製造業對數位轉型的想像與期待,進而讓同學知道日常學習的方向與目標,更藉由企業參訪、業師分享的方式,增加雙方互動的機會,藉此縮短學生的學用落差。
本課程的內容將包括從客戶價值的角度探討企業運營的邏輯、企業從接單/排程/外包/採購等程序與供應鏈關係、企業如何透過精實生產的方式協助製造業提升生產效率等,讓資訊系學生知道製造業相關的領域知識(Domain Knowledge),以及如何透過AIoT技術協助企業數位化與局部改善、如何與企業既有的ERP/MES等系統整合、企業透過那些數位工具與流程來完成任務(RD用設什麼工具、如何控制機台)生產數據如何收集與擷取等,讓學生知道企業各部門、生產階段所需的資訊工具。透過Domain Knowledge與數位資訊系統如何協助企業運作等地觀點,讓資訊系學生思考如何運用其他課程所學來協助企業建構相關數位系統,來協助企業達到以數位方式提升競爭力的目標。
期望透本課程,讓學生達到以下學習目標:
1. 了解製造業Domain Knowledge、價值流
2. 透過企業參訪、業師分享,具體了解企業需求
3. 了解製造業運用哪些資訊系統來滿足客戶期待
4. 透過實例,了解須具備哪些資訊系統技術與能力, 才能協助產業成功數位轉型Digital transformation is one of the key tasks of Taiwan's industry upgrading in recent years. Especially after the COVID-19 epidemic has raging, the impact of changing from market consumption habits to supply chains has forced enterprises to accelerate their transformation. However, digital transformation must be based on the value flow that enhances customer value, and solves the problem of insufficient talents with appropriate information talents, so as to help enterprises understand the enterprise value flow in a digital way, and with the help of the digital information system, we can achieve the purpose of successful transformation.
The purpose of this course is to share industry transformation cases and promotional practices to allow students to understand the current imagination and expectations of digital transformation in manufacturing, so that students can know the direction and goals of daily learning. It also increases the opportunity for two parties to interact through enterprise visits and employee sharing, thereby shortening the gap in students' learning.
The content of this course will include exploring the logic of corporate operations from the perspective of customer value, the relationship between the company's procedures and supply links from the order/scheduling/outsourcing/purchase, how enterprises can help manufacturing improve production efficiency through precise production methods, etc., so that information students know the domain knowledge related to manufacturing (Domain) Knowledge, and how to help enterprises digitalize and local improvement through AIoT technology, how to integrate with existing ERP/MES and other systems, and how to complete tasks through which digital tools and processes (what tools are used for RD, how to control the machine), let students know the information tools required for various departments and production stages of the enterprise. Through Domain Knowledge and digital information systems, information students can think about how to use other courses to help enterprises build relevant digital systems and help enterprises achieve the goal of digitally increasing competitiveness.
We hope to pass through this course to enable students to achieve the following learning goals:
1. Understand the manufacturing industry Domain Knowledge and Value Stream
2. Through enterprise visits and employee sharing, we can understand the needs of enterprises in detail
3. Understand what information systems are used by manufacturing to meet customer expectations
4. Through examples, understand what information system technologies and capabilities should be installed in order to help the industry successfully transform digitally
