教育目標 Course Target

在知識經濟與科技致能的風潮下,產業發展逐漸轉型為以數位科技的商業價值創造為主要驅動力的模式,而企業也越來越重視自身的數位科技應用與創新管理,並藉由組織內源源不絕的創新活動與成果,達成企業價值創造的目標。但如何做好數位科技的商業價值創造呢?數位科技的價值創造可以學習嗎?商業價值創造活動可以管理嗎?對強調數位科技研發的企業而言,無論身處在任何產業,如何將數位科技研發成果轉化成具市場價值的商業經營成為現代企業經營最重要的議題。本課程希望藉由文獻之自我閱讀、課堂之實作演練,輔以個案探討的刺激,為學生對科技的商業價值創造帶來新的思考與啟發,並累積實務能力。 有鑑於數位科技的商業價值創造係為一跨領域的議題,為期在有限的時間內,兼顧廣度與深度,讓修課學生有所掌握,本課程採取「以數位科技創新為核心、以創業提案為目的」的觀點進行課程設計,並配合課程原定目標,特別介紹與深入探討講師於工研院任職所研發之NSDB價值創造方法論,並於課堂由講師帶領進行NSDB的實務練習,讓學生於修完課程後,不僅對科技的商業價值創造有相當的了解,並累積科技創新與創業提案之實務能力。其中,配合開課科系,本課程在此所指的「科技」將以數位科技作為主軸。 Under the trend of knowledge economy and technology enablement, industry development has gradually transformed into a model that uses the commercial value creation of digital technology as the main driving force, and enterprises are increasingly paying attention to their own digital technology application and innovation management, and through organization The endless stream of innovative activities and results have achieved the goal of enterprise value creation. But how to create commercial value of digital technology? Can the value creation of digital technology be learned? Can business value creation activities be managed? For enterprises that emphasize digital technology research and development, no matter where they are in any industry, how to transform digital technology research and development results into market-worthy business operations has become the most important topic for modern enterprise operations. This course hopes to use the self-reading and practical performance of literature, and to use the stimulation of case exploration to bring new thinking and development to the creation of business value of technology, and to accumulate practical ability. The business value creation of digital technology is a cross-domain question, which takes into account diversity and depth in a limited time, allowing students to master it. This course adopts "a proposal based on digital technology innovation as the core and a business development. For the purpose of "the course design" and cooperate with the original course goals, Not to introduce and in-depth discussion on the NSDB value creation method developed by the NSDB office of the Institute of Technology Research, and the lecturer will lead the NSDB practice in the course, so that students will not only have a good understanding of the commercial value creation of technology after completing the course. , and accumulate practical capabilities for technological innovation and development proposals. Among them, in conjunction with the opening of the course department, the "technology" referred to in this course here will be based on digital technology.
