This course is offered to (1) introduce graduate students (at the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tunghai University) with typical molecular technologies used in detection of microbes in environmental samples, and (2) inspire students for future scientific research.Principles of Genetics、Molecular Biotechnologies、Basic Techniques of DNA/RNA Science、Advanced Techniques of DNA/RNA Science、and Application in Environment.
