物種譜系關係的建構係探討生物演化過程的基礎資訊。然而如何建構好的分子譜系關係，及以此為基礎進行特徵演化、生物地理、系統分類等研究。本課程將以昆蟲為主要題材，從建立譜系關係的各項知識及理論，仍至當前此領域研究的發展及進程。本課程將採用分組報告、閱讀相關文獻以增進學生新知。The structure of species relationships explores the basic information of biological evolution processes. However, how to construct a good molecular correlation and use this as a basis to conduct research on characteristic evolution, biogeography, system classification, etc. This course will focus on Kunzi as the main topic, from the various knowledge and theory of establishing relationships to the current development and progress of research in this field. This course will use sub-assembly reports and reading related documents to increase students' new knowledge.
