（三） 瞭解學生身心/學業/生活可能面臨的問題，以及學習班級經營的重要議題和掌握班級經營的實務技巧。
（四） 藉由輔導的介入與班級的經營解決學生學業/生活面臨的困境，進而發揮健全學生身心發展。
（五） 瞭解學生，身心/學業/生活可能面臨的問題，能夠運用學習原理，提供學生符合個別學習需求與發展之學習策略。
