全球化使得國際間相互影響的程度升高，國家安全不再是單一國家的事務。宏觀介紹區域安全趨勢，搭配「聚焦全球火線」掌握當前世界各地重要議題與衝突事件；於各國區域安全後運用「亞太線上」圖片集錦，讓學生對亞太地區情勢有概略性了解，再進入到「亞太重要安全議題」。內容深入淺出、架構清晰明瞭、層次分明，配合精美圖片及活潑的版面設計，有助學生建立具體、完整的國際情勢概念。
配合課程主題編製「兩岸機艦識別」，期望透過圖文並茂的說明，培養學生「知己知彼」的能力，強化敵我意識。為提升學生對保防工作的關注，「保防時刻」利用報導的方式呈現，強化全民保防觀念，提升整體保防力量。此外，藉由「臺菲漁業衝突事件的外交作為分析」、「釣魚臺主權爭議的發展與外交意義」、「南海的衝突與治理」、「北韓威脅得了東北亞國家嗎」四大議題，探討面對主權爭端與威脅時的正確作為，強化國家主權概念，提升憂患意識，培養愛國情操。
Globalization has increased the degree of mutual influence between the international community, and national security is no longer a single country's business. A macro introduction to regional security trends, and paired with "Focus on Global Fire Line" to master important issues and conflicts around the world; after regional security in various countries, use the "Asia Pacific Online" picture collection to give students a rough understanding of the situation in the Asia Pacific region and then enter the " Important security issues in Asia Pacific.” The content is in-depth and clear, the structure is clear and the levels are clear, and combined with exquisite pictures and lively layout design, it helps students establish specific and complete international concepts.
In conjunction with the course theme, we will compile "Direction between Cross-Straits" and hope to cultivate students' ability to "know themselves and enemies" through the text and the explanation, and strengthen their awareness. In order to enhance students' attention to protection and defense work, "Defense Moment" is presented in a reportable manner to strengthen the national protection concept and enhance the overall protection and defense strength. In addition, we will discuss the four major issues of "Diplomatic analysis of the Taiwan-Philippines Industrial Clash", "Development and Diplomatic Implications of the Rights Dispute of Fishing Taiwan", "Clashes and Governance in the South China Sea", and "Does North Korea threaten Northeast Asian countries?" Correct actions against ownership and threats, strengthen the concept of national ownership, enhance the awareness of worry, and cultivate national sentiment.
