本課程旨在使學習者達到A1+等級之華語水平，藉由教材主題，進行聽、說、讀、寫技能的均衡操練，以期：
1. 能討論垃圾車文化與垃圾分類。
2. 能討論休閒活動。
3. 能介紹自己所在城市並談論居住喜好。
4. 能介紹一道菜的做法，並談論生活中的飲食文化。
5. 能聊旅行主題，探討各國的風俗習慣。
6. 能討論飲食與健康的關係。This course aims to enable learners to reach the A1+ level Chinese level, and use the theme of the textbook to conduct balanced practice of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, in order to:
1. Be able to discuss garbage truck culture and garbage classification.
2. Be able to discuss leisure activities.
3. Be able to introduce your city and discuss living preferences.
4. Can introduce the way to a dish and discuss the food culture in life.
5. Be able to talk about travel topics and explore the customs and habits of various countries.
6. Be able to discuss the relationship between diet and health.
