2.藉由飲食社會與文化地理相關議題討論，了解現階段飲食大環境之困境。
3.藉由食材永續，餐與酒及美學的欣賞。
Course Objectives and Contents (limited to 2000 Chinese)
1. Through the lively way of theory and performance, students can experience and analyze traditional diet
2. Through discussions on diet society and cultural geography, we can understand the dilemma of the current stage-level dieting environment.
