International Students Leadership Training Workshop
教育目標 Course Target
本課程之目的在幫助境外生聯誼會各分會之幹部必要的技能和知識，以成功管理和領導境外生社團。內容包含領導力培訓、社團運作培訓、國際及文化理解、學校行政程序學習等，同時亦加入東海校園特色導覽學習，幫助境外生幹部以更多元視角認識校園環境，增進對校園的歸屬感及培訓幹部對其他境外生或外賓之校園解說能力。
The purpose of this course is to help overseas students to learn the necessary skills and knowledge of the departments of each branch of the association to successfully manage and lead overseas students. The content includes leadership training, social work training, international and cultural understanding, school administrative procedures learning, etc. At the same time, we also joined the Donghai Campus Special Navigation Learning to help the Overseas Students Department understand the campus environment from a more diverse perspective, increase their sense of learning for the campus and train the Department to interpret the campus for other overseas students or foreign students.
