教育目標 Course Target

社會情緒學習（Social and Emotional Learning, SEL）是指透過教育和社會化，培養個人自我覺察、自我管理、社會覺察、人際技巧、做負責任的決策等相關認知、態度與技能的過程，也就是所謂的五大「社會能力」。

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) refers to the process of cultivating personal self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, human skills, and decision-making related knowledge, attitudes and skills through education and socialization, which is the so-called five major "social abilities".
