(一)、課程目標
1.以社會領域為路徑引導學生「為萬世開太平」,掌握有關媒體的歷史起源、發展條件、多元的社會後果,以培養學生在當代社會下的媒體素養。(認知:包含基本知識與應用、理解與分析能力)
2.強化學生資訊與媒體訊息的思辨力與判讀力,同時提升學生取用、評估、創造和傳播正確且可信任之資訊的資訊力和道德力。(技能)
3.經由自行蒐集資料與討論的過程建立新時代的媒體素養,培養小組團隊合作的經驗與能力,進而肯定自我及欣賞他人。(行為)
4.對於媒體的政治、經濟、社會、文化面向,能夠進行具有批判性思考能力之媒體素養,進而願意承認差異與尊重差異。(情意)
5.培養成為具備對媒體反思及資訊判讀能力的現代公民。(後設認知結果)
(二)、課程內涵
面對不實資訊傳染病洪流的世代,僅以逐個打假訊息的方式來降低其殺傷力,不單成本大、時效慢,效益也低。最根本的解決之道立基於人們的資訊判讀力,大學生必須學習強化自己的資訊判讀力,以抵禦無孔不入的假資訊,通過媒體素養與資訊判讀力的提升,進而影響、甚至改變大學生於日常生活與學習過程中在資訊和媒體之近用、評估、創造過程的知識、技能與態度。(I) Course objectives
1. (II) Course content
Faced with the generations of unreal information transmission diseases, we will only reduce its damage by firing fake information one by one, which will not only cost a lot, slow time and low efficiency. The most fundamental solution is based on people's information judgment reading. College students must learn to strengthen their information judgment reading to resist incomplete false information. Through the improvement of media cultivation and information judgment reading, they will affect and even change the knowledge, skills and attitudes of college students in the recent use, evaluation, and creation of information and media in daily life and learning.
