本課程旨在提供更多資訊，包含氣候變遷的成因與後果，讓學生了解全球環境已經到了危急的關頭，每個人都必須為此負責並且採取適宜的環境行動來。因此，本課程將回顧全球環境變遷的現況與預測，並了解其他國家對環境變遷的落實作法，盡可能普及環保資訊，希望能提升現今社會的環境意識。
