學習與記憶是人類智慧的開端,隨著神經科學的蓬勃發展以及醫學影像科技的進步,人類終於可以開始探究學習與記憶是如何產生的。眾所周知,記憶主要發生於大腦,而人類的大腦是由約一千五百億個神經細胞所組合而成的複雜構造,這些複雜的神經細胞在學習發生的過程中產生了什麼樣的變化? 外界訊息如何轉換成為記憶並儲存於大腦? 而記憶又是以什麼樣的形式儲存在腦細胞中? 這些問題與迷思,隨著近年來腦科學界的發展,大腦與學習記憶之謎也逐漸被解開了。本課程之目的在讓學生深入探索人類大腦如何處理、儲存和應用資訊的過程,並學習如何利用這些知識來改善自己的學習能力。其具體目標為:
Learning and memory are the beginning of human intelligence. With the vigorous development of neuroscience and the advancement of medical imaging technology, humans can finally begin to explore how learning and memory are produced. As we all know, memory mainly occurs in the brain, and the human brain is a complex structure composed of about 15 million neural cells. What changes did these complex neural cells undergo during the learning process? How do messages be converted into memory and stored in the brain? And in what form does memory store in the brain cells? These problems and myths, with the development of the brain and learning memory, have gradually been solved. The purpose of this course is to allow students to explore in-depth the process of how human brains process, store and apply information, and learn how to use this knowledge to improve their learning abilities. Its specific goals are:
