本課程將利用活潑有趣的問題設計、影視相關資料的導入、以及相關的教具與活動並搭配教師編製的講義資料,引導同學學習符號邏輯的基本概念,訓練邏輯思考與推理分析的能力,以及認識基礎數學的相關知識,探索邏輯與數學在生活與人類文明發展的過程中所扮演的重要角色,體驗數學別具一格的特有『美感』,提昇同學因應現代科技發展所需具備的數學素養。
課程先以邏輯概念與應用為主,特重於探索邏輯推理的方法及生活上的實例應用。其後關於數學概念的介紹則分為數字與幾何兩大部分,但不談艱深的數學理論與繁雜的數學公式,而是著重於探索數學與生活、藝術、文化、建築(結合教師在民族數學領域的研究)及科技發展之連結。課程也將於上下半學期至少各安排數次數學影視資料欣賞及其數學內涵解析,並穿插相關的課程活動與教具的實際體驗,從不同的面向來體現並探索數學的多元風貌。
課程評量方式除出席與課堂表現外,在邏輯部分預計採個人或小組合作方式,應用課堂學習的概念設計邏輯問題及其推理結果,並以短視頻作品作為評分依據。數學部分則是在期末以選擇題方式進行線上測驗,此測驗並非數學能力測驗,而是以課堂提及的數學基本概念為主。另外,課堂上亦將有隨堂活動學習單以及影視資料賞析心得回饋單(紙本或線上形式),第17、18週自主學習相關事項將於課堂說明。This course will use interesting problem design, the introduction of video-related data, and related teaching aids and activities, and combine them with teaching materials compiled by teachers to guide students to learn the basic concepts of symbol logic, and to train the ability to reflect and reason and analyze logic, to and to understand the relevant knowledge of basic mathematics, explore the important role played by logic and mathematics in the process of life and human civilization development, experience the unique "beauty" of mathematics, and improve the mathematical quality that students need to achieve in modern scientific and technological development.
