Innovative Issues in Humanities
教育目標 Course Target
1. To inspire students' sense of aesthetic appreciation and perception of innovation values for humanities. Examples of this philosophical
argument will be introduced.
2. To clarify why there is a need of innovation for humanities. Literature review will be delivered for discussion in class.
3. To disentangle why the innovative motivation for humanities has been left behind. Critical argument on what contributes to several
phenomena of anti-social outcomes and inappropriate physical settings will be debated.
4. To debate what issues of humanistic innovation could be. Major issues related to cross-disciplinary and/or cross-culture would be
analyzed.
5. To explore cross-disciplinary and/or cross-culture projects focusing on innovation for humanities. Students' creative proposals would be
appreciated.
