本課程由不動產實務經驗豐富，擁有估價師、地政士、經紀人三張國家考試級證照的業界老師、自編的教材，統整不動產領域之產業面與產品類型，藉由不動產生命週期中之開發、交易及「市場及財務」分析模式，讓同學對房地產的大千世界有基礎的瞭解。This course consists of professional teachers and self-edited textbooks with three national examination certificates, including valuation experts, landlords, and tutors, and self-edited textbooks.
