本課程由不動產實務經驗豐富，擁有估價師、地政士、經紀人三張國家考試級證照的業界老師、自編的教材，統整不動產領域之產業面與產品類型，藉由不動產生命週期中之開發、交易及「市場及財務」分析模式，讓同學對房地產的大千世界有基礎的瞭解。This course is rich in experience in real estate, with three national examination certificates, including valuationists, landlords, and tutors, and self-edited textbooks, and has consolidated the industry and product types in the real estate sector. Through the development, transactions and "market and financial" analysis model in the life cycle of the real estate industry, students have a basic understanding of the world of real estate.
