教育目標 Course Target


• 理解社會創業的核心概念與價值:讓學生深入理解社會創業的定義、特徵及其在當前社會中扮演的角色,並探索社會創業與傳統商業創業的異同。
• 掌握從創意到實踐的轉化過程:培養學生將社會創業的創新構想轉化為具體可行計劃的能力,理解在這個過程中面對的挑戰與解決方案。
• 學習設計與實施社會創業計劃:透過實務案例與專題討論,指導學生如何設計社會創業計劃,並學會如何規劃財務、組織結構、營運模式及影響力評估。
• 發展社會創業所需的多元能力:強化學生在領導力、資源整合、社會創新與企業管理等領域的實務能力,並培養跨領域合作的思維。
• 探索可持續發展與社會影響力的關聯:學生將學會如何衡量社會創業的社會影響力,並學會如何在長期發展中維持創業的可持續性。

• Understand the core concepts and values ​​of social entrepreneurship: Let students deeply understand the definition, characteristics and role of social entrepreneurship in current society, and explore the similarities and differences between social entrepreneurship and traditional business entrepreneurship.
• Master the transformation process from idea to practice: Cultivate students' ability to transform innovative ideas for social entrepreneurship into concrete and feasible plans, and understand the challenges and solutions faced in this process.
• Learning to design and implement social entrepreneurship plans: Through practical cases and special discussions, students are guided on how to design social entrepreneurship plans, and learn how to plan finances, organizational structure, operating models and impact assessment.
• Develop the diverse abilities required for social entrepreneurship: Strengthen students’ practical abilities in areas such as leadership, resource integration, social innovation and business management, and cultivate cross-field cooperation thinking.
• Explore the connection between sustainability and social impact: Students will learn how to measure the social impact of social entrepreneurship and learn how to maintain the sustainability of the venture over the long term.
