教育目標 Course Target
本課程由元大金控旗下子公司就該專業領域具實務經驗之專家，針對投資銀行業務做介紹及實務經驗分享，並融合銀行之授信實務，課程主要目的為增進學生對資本市場企業籌資工具及風險管理暨投資銀行業務之了解，讓學生可將課本之學術理論與市場實務相結合，以增進就業之競爭優勢。
This course is an expert with practical experience in this professional field by a subsidiary of Yuanda Financial Holdings. It introduces and shares the investment bank's business, and integrates the bank's credit practice. The main purpose of the course is to increase students' understanding of enterprise asset tools and risk management and investment banking business in the capital market, so that students can combine the academic discussions of the course with market practice to increase the competitive advantages of employment.
