讓同學在課程上認知半導體發展為我們帶來國際競爭力與經濟效益,也讓同學了解生產過程會消耗大量的水電資源,同時排放過多二氧化碳與產生廢棄物影響環境。要如何兼顧環境永續因應ESG要求,成為台灣半導體產業未來發展的計劃方向。課堂上補充如何在先進製程技術的節點設計上,如何實踐綠色創新,逐年精進晶片耗能與縮小體積,同時在管理面上如何導入ESG,因此在半導體產業就有半導體產品製程層面及回收循環永續層面、人才發展層面、責任供應鏈治理等永續環境的作法。讓同學提早接觸業界動態及國際綠色永續趨勢,在通識的領域上提早接觸提早佈局。In the course, students have learned that semiconductor development brings us international competition and economic benefits, and also learned that the production process consumes a large amount of water and electricity resources, while emitting too much carbon dioxide and producing waste affects the environment. How to take into account the environment and meet ESG requirements and become the planning direction for the future development of Taiwan's semiconductor industry.
