Principles and Methods of Designing Music Activities for the Elderly

教育目標 Course Target

本課程主要以永續發展之健康福祉為導向,課程目標則從專業音樂治療基礎角度,認識高齡長者的身體、認知、溝通、情緒心理與社會互動五大現況,並以音樂感知及音樂認知/聽知覺能力相關音樂活動設計與製作簡易生活小樂器,提升高齡者存留以及可開發的音樂表現能力,促進高齡者提高自信心、保持有效溝通表達與情緒心理、並達到生活參與與活動參與之目的。凡喜歡音樂、歌唱、願意學習以音樂活動方式服務高齡者之非音樂系之各科系學生,均適合修本課程。

This course is mainly directed at the health and well-being of sustainable development. The course aims to understand the five major situations of physical, awareness, communication, emotional psychology and social interaction between seniors from the perspective of professional music therapy, and to use music perception and music awareness/hearing knowledge of seniors. Ability-related music activities design and make simple life musical instruments, improve the retention and development of music performance skills of seniors, and promote seniors to improve self-confidence, maintain effective communication and emotional psychology, and achieve the purpose of life and activities. Any students in non-music departments who like music, singing, and willing to learn to serve high-level students through music activities are suitable for this course.
