「性別平等」已是當代社會的普世價值，也是聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）的核心目標之一。多年來，臺灣社會在促進性別平等的法令政策推動之下，性別平等普遍受到重視，但仍有相當的努力空間。為了促進性別平等，深化性別平等意識，有賴相關法律制度的完善。是故，本課程聚焦在性別平等的相關法律進行探討，主要是指「性平三法」，即性騷擾防治法、性別平等教育法、性別平等工作法，以及性侵害犯罪防治法、家庭暴力防治法、跟蹤騷擾防制法，以及消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約（CEDAW）等，希望能夠有助於建構性別平等的幸福社會。

"Gender equality" has become the universal value of contemporary society and one of the core goals of the United Nations' permanent development goals (SDGs). Over the years, under the promotion of legal and policy to promote gender equality, Taiwanese society has generally received attention, but there is still a considerable space for efforts. In order to promote gender equality, deepen the awareness of gender equality, and improve the relevant legal system. Therefore, this course focuses on relevant laws on gender equality and explores the "Three Sexual Equality Laws", namely the Sexual Evil Prevention and Control Law, the Gender Equality Education Law, the Gender Equality Work Law, the Sexual Assault Crime Prevention and Control Law, the Domestic Violence Prevention and Control Law, the Follow-up Prevention and Control Law, and the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), etc., hoping to help build a happy society with gender equality.
