教育目標 Course Target
透過我國消費者保護法之條文做為為主要講授內容，並同時介紹學說以及我國司法實務見解，始上課學生了解消費者保護法與我國運作之情形。
Through the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of my country, we mainly teach the content, and also introduce the academic statements and our judicial practices, and then we will learn about the consumer protection law and the situation of our country's operations.
