閱讀與分析勞基法相關判決與論文.
Objective: To teach students to become familiar with common issues of labor standards law and related theories and practical practices.
Read and analyze judgments and papers related to labor law.
課程概述 Course Description
建立有關勞動之基本觀念，一方面使勞工瞭解自已權利義務之所在，另一方面安定社會與經濟秩序。
Establishing basic concepts about labor will, on the one hand, enable workers to understand their rights and obligations, and on the other hand, stabilize social and economic order.
