教育目標 Course Target

本課程專注於法學閱讀技巧的培養,旨在提升學生的自學能力和閱讀信心,並強化其對法學專業知識的準確詮釋與應用。課程將以《如何閱讀一本書》所提出的閱讀方法為基礎,訓練學生運用法學觀點來解讀和分析文本。學生將學習如何透過法學的角度,審視其他學科的議題,以達成跨學科應用的目標。通過深入的法學閱讀訓練和跨領域案例分析,學生將能有效地將所學法學知識融會貫通,並靈活應用於不同的知識領域法律問題解析。This course focuses on the cultivation of legal reading skills, aiming to improve students' self-learning ability and reading confidence, and enhance their accuracy and application of professional legal knowledge. The course will be based on the reading method proposed in "How to Read a Book" to train students' usage viewpoints to interpret and analyze texts. Students will learn how to examine questions from other subjects through a law perspective to achieve the goal of interdisciplinary application. Through in-depth legal reading and cross-domain case analysis, students will be able to effectively integrate the knowledge learned in law and apply it flexibly to analyze legal issues in different knowledge areas.
