教導學生了解、熟悉民事訴訟(包括非訟事件)及刑事訴訟之實際運作，結合實體法與程序法於一爐，並學習書狀之撰寫，欣賞、評論，以利日後司法實務運作之處理。
(一)非訟事件之處理：含家事事件、督促程序及保全程序等之處理。
(二)民事訴訟實務：就具體案例說明民事訴訟案件之起訴、答辯、兩造之攻擊防禦方法、舉證責任、法院自由心證之形成、判決、上訴等程序，並學習相關書狀之撰寫。
(三)刑事訴訟實務：就具體案例說明刑事訴訟案件之偵查、起訴、答辯、辯護、兩造之攻擊防禦方法、舉證責任、法院自由心證之形成、判決、上訴等程序，並學習相關書狀之撰寫。
（四）裁判書類之欣賞及評論：蒐集優、劣質之既有民、刑事裁判書，供研討及評論。

Teach students to understand and become familiar with the actual operation of civil litigation (including non-litigation matters) and criminal litigation, combine substantive law and procedural law, and learn how to write, appreciate and comment on pleadings to facilitate future judicial practice operations.
(1) Handling of non-litigation matters: including handling of family matters, supervision procedures, preservation procedures, etc.
(2) Civil litigation practice: explain the prosecution, defense, attack and defense methods of the two parties, the burden of proof, the formation of the court's free evidence, judgment, appeal and other procedures based on specific cases, and learn how to write relevant pleadings.
(3) Criminal litigation practice: Explain the investigation, prosecution, defense, defence, attack and defense methods of the two parties, the burden of proof, the formation of the court's free evidence, judgment, appeal and other procedures in specific cases, and learn how to write relevant pleadings.
(4) Appreciation and comments on judgments: collect excellent and inferior existing civil and criminal judgments for discussion and comment.

本課程包含非訟事件、民事訴訟事件、刑事訴訟事件之實務運作及相關書狀之撰寫，欣賞、評論，結合實體法與程序法於一爐，使學生了悉民事訴訟(包括非訟事件)及刑事訴訟之實際運作及其相關書狀之寫作技巧，以利日後司法實務運作之處理。

This course covers the practical operation of non-litigation matters, civil litigation matters, criminal litigation matters and the writing, appreciation and commentary of relevant pleadings. It combines substantive law and procedural law to enable students to understand the actual operation of civil litigation (including non-litigation matters) and criminal litigation and the writing skills of related pleadings, so as to facilitate the handling of future judicial practice operations.
