本課程主要係講授智慧財產法體系中之著作權法與營業秘密法，其中著作權法內容較多，因此講授時間約佔所有授課時間之2/3。由於著作權與個人之日常生活息息相關，因此會先以目前實務上較常發生之問題作為入門，讓學生瞭解修習著作權法之重點，進而對法理做進ㄧ步之講解，務求理論與實務並重。而營業秘密之保護攸關企業體營運之成敗，因此於講授內容除了理論外，更會包含目前實務上因為營業秘密所涉及之相關爭訟與問題。當然，在講述時會配合Power Point。總之，本課程之主要目的是希望修習本課程的同學能夠對著作權與營業祕密法有正確認知，一方面可以應付研究所及國家考試，另一方面則可在職場上具有充足的競爭力。This course mainly teaches the copyright law and the secret business law in the system of wisdom property law. Among them, the copyright law has a lot of content, so the teaching time accounts for about 2/3 of all teaching time.
