本課程以民法債編第二章「各種之債」為內容，聚焦於較為重要之典型契約（如買賣、租賃、承攬、保證等），詳細探討其相關概念與規則，分上下學期講授。
This course takes the second chapter of Civil Law Debts, "A variety of debts" as its content, focusing on typical contracts that are more important (such as buying, renting, undertaking, guarantee, etc.), and explores its related concepts and rules in detail, and is taught in the middle and bottom periods.

明瞭各種法定契約類型的相關理論與實務問題，並從其中學習與反思法學思考模式。
Understand the relevant theories and practical issues of various statutory contract types, and learn and reflect on the legal thinking model from them.
