教育目標 Course Target

「使用者體驗願景學」旨在引導學習者整合使用者體驗設計(User Experience, UX)與願景設計(Vision Design)的核心概念與方法,培養學習者以人為本的設計思維,並透過系統化的未來場景構建,提出具有前瞻性且可行的創新設計解決方案。課程內容涵蓋使用者研究、未來趨勢洞察、情境設計、願景構建、原型實作及策略落地,目標在於讓學習者在探索未來設計價值的過程中,具備以下能力: 1.理解願景設計與使用者體驗設計的核心概念:學習願景設計的未來導向特質,並深入理解使用者體驗設計的五大要素(策略層、範圍層、結構層、框架層、表現層),探討如何以「人」為核心,創造滿足未來需求的設計願景。 2.發展以人為本的設計思維與系統思考能力:培養學習者從使用者的需求、行為與情感洞察出發,透過使用者研究方法(訪談、觀察、體驗地圖),分析問題的根本原因,並結合系統思維解決複雜問題,打造全面且具前瞻性的設計策略。 3.學習未來趨勢分析與場景構建方法:透過對社會、科技、環境及文化趨勢的分析,探索未來設計的機會與挑戰,並運用故事化與視覺化工具構建未來使用場景,描繪未來情境下使用者的行為、情感變化與互動體驗。 4.強化創新設計與原型開發能力:將設計構想轉化為具體的低保真與高保真原型,進行測試與迭代,學習如何透過使用者反饋優化設計方案,提升設計的可行性與實用性。 5.培養策略規劃與願景落地執行能力:設計短期、中期與長期策略,並結合資源配置、技術應用及合作夥伴關係,建立願景實現的可執行路徑,推動未來創新設計落地。 6.提升團隊合作與設計表達能力:透過跨領域的協作學習,培養學習者有效溝通與團隊合作的能力,並掌握視覺化、故事化及簡報技巧,能清晰表達設計願景及解決方案,實現設計價值的傳遞。 課程內涵:本課程內容分為三大核心階段:基礎學習、實作應用與策略落地,結合理論學習與設計實踐,幫助學習者逐步掌握使用者體驗與願景設計的整合方法,最終提出具前瞻性與可行性的設計解決方案。"User Experience Beauty Landscape" aims to guide learners to integrate the core concepts and methods of user experience design (UX) and Vision Design, cultivate learners' human-oriented design thinking, and propose forward-looking and feasible innovative design solutions through systematic future scene construction. The course content covers user research, future trend insights, situational design, landscape construction, prototype implementation and strategy implementation. The goal is to enable learners to have the following abilities in the process of exploring future design values: 1. Understand the core concepts of pleasant landscape design and user experience design: learn the future orientation characteristics of pleasant landscape design, and deeply understand the five elements of user experience design (strategy level, scope level, structure level, framework level, and performance level), and explore how to use "people" as the core to create a design landscape that meets future needs. 2. Develop human-oriented design thinking and system thinking ability: cultivate learners to develop user needs, behaviors and emotional insights, analyze the root causes of problems through user research methods (interview, observation, and physical experience maps), and combine system thinking to solve complex problems, and create a comprehensive and forward-looking design strategy. 3. Learn about future trend analysis and scene construction methods: Through the analysis of social, science and technology, environment and cultural trends, explore opportunities and challenges of future design, and use storytelling and visual tools to construct future usage scenarios, and describe users' behavior, emotional changes and interaction experience in future situations. 4. Strengthen innovative design and prototype development capabilities: convert the design into specific low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, conduct tests and iterations, and learn how to improve the feasibility and practicality of the design through users' feedback and optimization design plans. 5. Cultivate the implementation capabilities of strategy planning and vision implementation: design short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies, and combine resource allocation, technical application and partnership relationships to establish possible implementation paths for vision implementation and promote the implementation of innovation design in the future. 6. Improve team cooperation and design expression capabilities: Through cross-domain collaboration learning, cultivate learners' ability to effectively communicate and team cooperation, and master visualization, storytelling and reporting skills, be able to clearly express design vision and solutions, and realize the transmission of design value. Connotation of course: The content of this course is divided into three core stages: basic learning, practical application and strategy implementation, reasonable study and design practice, help learners gradually master the integration methods of user experience and desirable landscape design, and finally propose forward-looking and feasible design solutions.
