User Experience Design and Vision Design
教育目標 Course Target
「使用者體驗願景學」旨在引導學習者整合使用者體驗設計(User Experience, UX)與願景設計(Vision Design)的核心概念與方法,培養學習者以人為本的設計思維,並透過系統化的未來場景構建,提出具有前瞻性且可行的創新設計解決方案。課程內容涵蓋使用者研究、未來趨勢洞察、情境設計、願景構建、原型實作及策略落地,目標在於讓學習者在探索未來設計價值的過程中,具備以下能力:
1.理解願景設計與使用者體驗設計的核心概念:學習願景設計的未來導向特質,並深入理解使用者體驗設計的五大要素(策略層、範圍層、結構層、框架層、表現層),探討如何以「人」為核心,創造滿足未來需求的設計願景。
2.發展以人為本的設計思維與系統思考能力:培養學習者從使用者的需求、行為與情感洞察出發,透過使用者研究方法(訪談、觀察、體驗地圖),分析問題的根本原因,並結合系統思維解決複雜問題,打造全面且具前瞻性的設計策略。
3.學習未來趨勢分析與場景構建方法:透過對社會、科技、環境及文化趨勢的分析,探索未來設計的機會與挑戰,並運用故事化與視覺化工具構建未來使用場景,描繪未來情境下使用者的行為、情感變化與互動體驗。
4.強化創新設計與原型開發能力:將設計構想轉化為具體的低保真與高保真原型,進行測試與迭代,學習如何透過使用者反饋優化設計方案,提升設計的可行性與實用性。
5.培養策略規劃與願景落地執行能力:設計短期、中期與長期策略,並結合資源配置、技術應用及合作夥伴關係,建立願景實現的可執行路徑,推動未來創新設計落地。
6.提升團隊合作與設計表達能力:透過跨領域的協作學習,培養學習者有效溝通與團隊合作的能力,並掌握視覺化、故事化及簡報技巧,能清晰表達設計願景及解決方案,實現設計價值的傳遞。
課程內涵:本課程內容分為三大核心階段:基礎學習、實作應用與策略落地,結合理論學習與設計實踐,幫助學習者逐步掌握使用者體驗與願景設計的整合方法,最終提出具前瞻性與可行性的設計解決方案。
"User Experience Vision" aims to guide learners to integrate the core concepts and methods of User Experience Design (UX) and Vision Design (Vision Design), cultivate learners' human-centered design thinking, and propose forward-looking and feasible innovative design solutions through systematic construction of future scenarios. The course content covers user research, future trend insights, scenario design, vision construction, prototype implementation and strategy implementation. The goal is to equip learners with the following abilities in the process of exploring the value of future design:
1. Understand the core concepts of vision design and user experience design: learn the future-oriented characteristics of vision design, and deeply understand the five elements of user experience design (strategy layer, scope layer, structure layer, framework layer, and presentation layer), and explore how to create a design vision that meets future needs with "people" as the core.
2. Develop human-centered design thinking and systems thinking abilities: Cultivate learners to start from users’ needs, behaviors and emotions, analyze the root causes of problems through user research methods (interviews, observations, experience maps), and combine systems thinking to solve complex problems to create comprehensive and forward-looking design strategies.
3. Learn future trend analysis and scenario construction methods: Explore future design opportunities and challenges through the analysis of social, technological, environmental and cultural trends, and use storytelling and visualization tools to build future usage scenarios to describe users' behavior, emotional changes and interactive experiences in future scenarios.
4. Strengthen innovative design and prototype development capabilities: Convert design ideas into specific low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, conduct testing and iteration, and learn how to optimize design solutions through user feedback to improve the feasibility and practicality of the design.
5. Cultivate strategic planning and vision implementation capabilities: Design short-term, mid-term and long-term strategies, and combine resource allocation, technology application and partnerships to establish an executable path for vision realization and promote the implementation of future innovative designs.
6. Improve teamwork and design expression skills: Through cross-domain collaborative learning, learners will develop their ability to effectively communicate and teamwork, and master visualization, storytelling and presentation skills, and be able to clearly express design visions and solutions, and achieve the transfer of design value.
Course content: The content of this course is divided into three core stages: basic learning, practical application and strategy implementation. It combines theoretical learning and design practice to help learners gradually master the integration method of user experience and vision design, and finally propose forward-looking and feasible design solutions.
