本課程為大學部設計核心課程的一環,將在大一《設計基礎》、大二《產品設計》兩課程已完成的專業能力訓練基礎下,進一步提升學生從產品開發前端的田野調查、資料搜集與分析、建立問題意識,到產品設計階段的擬定概念方向、構想發展、試作與驗證,乃至於產品設計完成後的市場行銷、品牌經營等一連串系統性的產品開發專業能力。This course is a link of the core courses of the university department design. Under the professional ability training foundations that have been completed in the first year of the freshman "Design Basics" and sophomore "Product Design" course, we will further improve students' field surveys and data from the front end of product development under the professional ability training foundation. Collect and analyze, establish problem awareness, define concept direction, concept development, trial and verification in the product design stage, and even the professional capabilities of systemic product development after product design are completed.
產品開發是工業設計系在大三的必修課程,其延續大一的基礎設計、大二的產品設計課程,主要在於藉由消費者心裡、市場需求、產品概念設計、細部設計與製程、量產與行銷目標的達成,以強化產品開發之流程。本課程之教學目標以強化產學合作為導向,並能培育學生達成本系之專業設計五力 ─ 『創意力、美感力、科學力、學學力與辯證力』,並以下列方向為依歸:
1.由造形/傳達/社會關懷(綠色)設計、人因工程、文化差異探討產品開發的目標。
2.藉由本主題產品的市場問卷調查,養成產品開發企劃能力與市場敏感度。
3.藉由本主題產品開發方法、策略、評量分析,完成設計流程,完成產品之概念設計,以瞭解產品開發的程序與應用。
4.熟悉電腦輔助設計、電腦輔助製造、製造程序、材料學、機構學,在工業產品開發上的達成與應用,完成工程圖面與細部設計。
5.強化設計實現模型(原型)製作能力。
6.說明本產品之模具、分模、生產製程與量產的討論。
7.產品開發案例寫作練習與表達能力的訓練。
8.智慧財產權與專利設計申請作業。
本課程每學期以二∼三個課題為目標,由三位授課教師輪流負責課題出題,依照題目性質,訂定規範與要求,以達成階段產品開發專題單元之實作、演練與發表。修習本課程之大三學生,應修習通過大一基礎設計、大二產品設計,並具備使用AutoCAD、SolidWorks以及Pro/E等相關3D圖形繪製軟體之能力,以及熟悉各項製造機台,如:快速原型機、CNC切削中心機、模切機、雷射切雕機…等的操作與使用之專業能力,以能進行完整之快速產品開發能力為目標。
Product Development is a compulsory course for the junior year of the Industrial Design Department. It continues the basic design of the freshman year and the product design course of the sophomore year. It mainly involves the use of consumers' minds, market demand, product concept design, detailed design and process, and quantity production. and achieve marketing goals to enhance the product development process. The teaching objectives of this course are directed by strengthening productive cooperation and can cultivate the five professional design forces of students to achieve cost-effectiveness - "creative, aesthetic, scientific, academic and verification", and the following directions are based on:
1. Explore the goal of product development by shape/translation/social concern (green) design, human-cause engineering, and cultural differences.
2. Through the market questionnaire survey of the products in this topic, we will develop product development and market sensitivity.
3. Through the product development methods, strategies, and evaluation analysis of this topic, complete the design process and complete the concept design of the product to understand the procedures and applications of product development.
4. Familiar with computer assisted design, computer assisted manufacturing, manufacturing procedures, materials science, and institutions, achieve and apply industrial product development, and complete engineering drawings and detailed design.
5. Strengthen the design and implementation model (prototype) production capabilities.
6. Explain the discussion on molds, mold divisions, production processes and mass production of this product.
7. Training of product development case writing and expression ability.
8. Smart property rights and patent design application operation.
Each session of this course is aimed at two to three subjects. Three teachers are responsible for the topic of the subject. According to the nature of the topic, regulations and requirements are set to achieve the work, practice and publication of the product development unit in stages. The junior students who are studying this course should study through the basic design of the first year and the second year product design, as well as the ability to use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro/E and other related 3D graphics drawing software, and be familiar with various manufacturing machines, such as: The professional operation and use capabilities of rapid prototyping machines, CNC cutting center machines, die-cutting machines, laser cutting machines, etc. are aimed at the goal of enabling complete rapid product development capabilities.
