課程目標︰本課程以滿足建築設計者及從業人員認識建築設計、施工營造、物業管理相關法規，及培養建築行政管理能力為目標，並兼顧建築及房地產專業服務之需求。Course objectives: This course aims to meet the requirements of building designers and industry personnel to identify relevant regulations on building design, construction and property management, and to cultivate the administrative management capabilities of buildings, as well as to meet professional services for buildings and real estate.
本課程綜述建築法系、都市計畫法系、公寓大廈法系、等相關法規概要。
This course covers the general summary of relevant laws and regulations such as architecture law system, urban planning law system, apartment building law system, and other related laws and regulations.
