對營建生產進行整體論述：從構法與工法的分界、施工計畫之考量、構造系統選擇之價值判斷與施行方式、工法(技術)選用與程序，進而介面配組，作一介紹說明。以ＲＣ建築物之構築方式為主軸，在房屋構件與材料選擇之際，說明組立及編結應用之法則。藉由長期實務考察(觀察)，以消除"構想"與"施作"間之脫節，使具備"可施作性"；並且清晰化各種工作界面的糢糊區段，使能工法落實與品質提昇。 A comprehensive discussion on construction and production: from the boundary between the structure and the construction method, the consideration of construction plan, the value judgment and implementation method, the selection and procedures of the construction system, and then the interface is arranged, and a brief description is given. The main axis is the structure of the RC building. In the selection of house structures and materials, the methods of organization and editing and application are explained. Through long-term practical investigation (observation), we can eliminate the dislocation between "conception" and "implementation" to make it "implementable"; and also clarify the blurred sections of various working interfaces, so as to enable the implementation of the craft method and quality improvement .
建築除了設計外，必須被建造起來才算是真正的建築，所以建築師法中建築師的業務包含勘測規劃、詳細設計及現場監造，所以構造提供了建造房子的方法，如何按圖施工、如何選擇合理的工法、如何有效控制財務與時間、安全與效率…，這些都是構造的重要課題。而構造包括的內容很廣，建築材料、構造工法、施工方式、施工圖製作等，而且各項目常有新的研發，日新月異，所以第一學期的構造課以建築材料與構造系統為主，而第二學期的構造課則以施工方式、施工圖製作與細部設計為重點，並以參觀工地實際了解施工現況為主軸。這學期因校園第二校區學生宿舍在施工中（竹間簡學易建築師/麗明營造），所以有很多次階段性的工地參觀機會，像基礎工程、鋼筋工程、模板工程、混凝土澆置工程等；學校也還有兩個工程正在申請建築執照（教職員宿舍和附中學生宿舍），若時間配合得宜，也將是很重要的參觀工程。因東海建築以建築設計為教學重點，課程將以建築設計所需構造基本知識為原則，並加強文獻閱讀與隨堂作業；文獻閱讀已在課程大綱上標示，若有調整，會在每次上課前一週公佈，同學需在課前閱讀，上課時討論，作業原則上隔週交。

The construction courses in the second period focus on construction methods, construction drawing production and detailed design, and focus on visiting the construction site to actually understand the current construction situation. During this period, because the student dormitory in the second campus of the campus was under construction (bamboo Simplified Constructionist/Liming Construction), there were many stage-by-stage construction site visits, such as foundation engineering, steel reinforcement engineering, formwork engineering, concrete installation engineering, etc. ;The school also has two projects that are applying for construction licenses (teacher dormitory and affiliated middle school student dormitory). If the time is well coordinated, it will be a very important part of the project. Because Donghai Architecture takes architecture design as the teaching focus, the course will take basic knowledge required for architecture design as the principle, and strengthen the literature reading and classroom work; literature reading has been marked on the course list. If adjusted, it will be held every time. It was announced the previous week that students need to read before class, discuss during class, and submit their work principles the next week.
