在文化意識抬頭的今天，藝文活動演出的蓬勃及多樣性，著實令人著迷。劇場設計理念的表達及專業技術製作精神，在劇場文化的薰陶下，亦成為吸引大眾前來觀看的重要因素。設計師的美學設計理念，需要技術部門的強力奧援，以充分完善的技術工程知識，圓滿地完成設計師的夢想。
在認識劇場與各部門職責後，從實務操作中了解劇場技術的基礎及與各部門間如何工作。本學期與歌劇課程合作，在五月初於臺中國家歌劇院小劇場實習，從實踐中學習舞台、燈光、音響、服裝、表演者…等等各部門間的合作藝術，於實務操作中明白一場演出的前製期、演出期、演出後的流程與分工，並培養合作精神、溝通技巧、解決問題的能力及正向樂觀的態度。Today, when cultural consciousness is rising, the prosperity and variety of art activities are really fascinating. The designer's aesthetic design philosophy requires strong support from the technical department to fully complete the designer's dream with full and complete technical engineering knowledge.
After understanding the roles of the drama and departments, learn about the foundation of the drama technology and how it works with the departments through practical operations. This school cooperated with the song and drama course, and at the beginning of May, I practiced the small drama scene of the Taiwan National Songs Academy, and learned the cooperative art of various departments such as stage, lights, sounds, costumes, performers, etc. from the perspective of the actual operation, and understood a performance in practical operations. The process and division of labor of the pre-production period, performance period, and performance, and cultivate the spirit of cooperation, communication skills, ability to solve problems and positive viewing.

本課程之課程內容應包含：
1.表演藝術演出製作工作企劃執行。
2.劇場技術設計、規劃、執行專題。
3.劇場多媒體設計應用專題。
為提昇同學的劇場知識，將配合大量的實務分享與互動研究，在討論中獲得一個具體的技術設計應用能力。
