了解膠彩具有的傳統意義及媒材之原始性，認知媒材製程與知識，以孰悉媒材作為基礎，加以當代文化之個人經驗，從中建立符合現代的表現方式。思考如何將傳統的材料，延續及展現當代之表現性，透過媒材選擇、演練實作，達到創作穩定性及作品語意的深刻表現。並藉由實驗與課題製作過程之討論，呈現個人思考，繪製過程中建立創作邏輯，意識製作過程與創作脈絡之重要性。

Understand the traditional significance of gelatin and the originality of the medium, recognize the media production process and knowledge, use the media as a basis, add personal experience of contemporary culture, and establish a modern expression method from it. Think about how to use traditional materials to continue and display contemporary expressiveness. Through media selection, practice and implementation, we can achieve creative stability and a profound expression of the semantics of the work. Through experiments and discussion of the project production process, personal reflections are presented, creative logic is established during the drawing process, and the importance of the production process and creative context is realized.

課程著重於膠彩媒材的廣泛應用，藉由介紹各種技法與素材的交互配合及演練，開發並擴充膠彩創作的領域。

The course focuses on the wide application of pastel media, and develops and expands the field of pastel creation by introducing the interaction and practice of various techniques and materials.
