本課程將以培養實務能力為主,輔以基礎學理,學習如何帶領團體健身運動,並以健身有氧的各式類別做為主軸,如:基本有氧步伐、踏板有氧等,學習如何規劃與設計一堂健身有氧課程。
(一)基本有氧步型練習、進階組合動作。
(二)有氧舞蹈流程、音樂重拍辦識、編排技巧介紹。
(三)教學口指令如何下達、溝通傳達技巧。
(四)教師講述、示範、分組練習、影帶欣賞。
(五)試教:分組編舞練習與示範操作。This course will focus on cultivating practical abilities, and will focus on basic science to learn how to lead a team of fitness exercises, and use various types of fitness aerobics as the main axis, such as basic aerobic pace, pedal aerobics, etc., and learn how to plan and design a fitness aerobics course.
