教育目標 Course Target
(一)了解基本團體健身有氧課程的設計編排與教學指導能力
(二)有氧教學流程、音樂重拍辨識、編排技巧介紹。
(三)教學口指令如何下達、溝通傳達技巧
(四)教師講述、示範、分組練習、影片欣賞。
(五)演示:分組示範與實務教學。
(I) Understand the design, arrangement and teaching guidance abilities of basic group fitness aerobic courses
(2) Introduction to aerobic teaching process, music remake identification, and arrangement skills.
(III) Teaching skills on how to issue and communicate instructions
(4) Teachers’ lectures, demonstrations, group practices, and video appreciation.
(V) Demonstration: Sub-assembly demonstration and practical teaching.
