教育目標 Course Target
1.理解運動、競技運動、體能和運動體能的基本概念。
2.了解相關體能檢測的目的、意義和基本技能。
3.掌握相關體能訓練的基本概念和技能。
4.熟悉各種增進運動體能的運動形式和方法。
5.能夠制定設計各種適宜的運動體能訓練課表。
6.將體能訓練相關的知識和技能應用於專業實踐中。
7.通過相關的證照考試。
1. Understand the basic concepts of sports, competitive sports, physical fitness and sports fitness.
2. Understand the purpose, significance and basic skills of relevant physical fitness tests.
3. Master the basic concepts and skills of related physical training.
4. Be familiar with various forms and methods of exercise to improve physical fitness.
5. Be able to formulate and design various suitable sports and physical training schedules.
6. Apply physical training-related knowledge and skills to professional practice.
7. Pass the relevant license exams.
