本課程提供學生有關健康管理的知識,啟發學生思考運動與健康的相關性,提高健康管理相關的認知與技能,內容包含如何從心理、飲食、體重控制、了解成癮及不健康行為,以改善一般民眾、運動員、肥胖者、慢性疾病者與進行適應體育之失能學生等健康管理方法。This course provides students with knowledge about health management, inspires students to think about the correlation between sports and health, and improves their cognition and skills related to health management. The content includes how to improve health management methods such as general public, sportsmen, obese, chronic diseases and disabled students who perform appropriate physical education from psychology, diet, weight control, understanding of development and unhealthy behaviors.
