教育目標 Course Target
本科為核心課程之一,目標在使學生瞭解人體在運動時的基本生理變化,包括巨觀及微觀的原理及應用,有助於解釋人體適應運動訓練的機制。
Undergraduate is one of the core courses, with the goal of enabling students to understand the basic physiological changes of the human body during movement, including the principles and applications of mega-view and micro-view, which helps to explain the mechanisms of the human body suitable for sports training.
