本課程以醫學或公共衛生等健康相關領域研究為例子講解統計學的應用。首先介紹生物統計基本概念,採從易入深的方式:第一階段為描述統計;第二階段為常態分佈、中央極限定理及假說檢定等觀念;第三階段為不同檢定方法之介紹,先說明連續資料之檢定方法(如t檢定、變異數分析等),再講解類別資料之檢定方法(如卡方檢定)及相關分析。此外,本課程介紹各種統計方法的使用時機,訓練SPSS統計軟體操作,最後利用報表解讀來回答生物統計相關問題。This course uses health-related research such as medicine or public health as an example to explain the application of statistical engineering. First, we introduce the basic concepts of biological statistics and adopt a way of in-depth development: the first stage is to describe the statistics; the second stage is to concepts such as normal distribution, central extreme theorem and hypothesis confirmation; the third stage is to introduce different confirmation methods, first explain the method of determining continuous data (such as t-calculation, variation analysis, etc.), and then explain the method of determining different data (such as chi-square confirmation) and related analysis. In addition, this course introduces the use of various statistical methods, trains SPSS statistical software operations, and finally uses report interpretation to answer biological statistics-related questions.
