2052 - 畜牧產業問題與社會實踐 Issues in Animal Husbandry and Social Practice


教育目標 Course Target

本課程將探討台灣畜牧產業面臨的多樣問題,並結合社會實踐,引導學生深入理解產業現況、發展批判性思維,並培養解決問題的能力。課程內容將涵蓋以下主題:1.畜牧產業現況與挑戰、2.氣候變遷對產業的影響、3.集約化畜牧的利弊、4.循環農業的崩潰與重建、5.食農教育與永續消費。 課程目標 (Course Objectives) 提升學生對畜牧產業的認知: 深入了解台灣畜牧產業的發展、現況、問題和挑戰,並培養學生對產業的批判性思考能力。 ●培養學生解決問題的能力: 引導學生運用課堂所學,結合實地考察和案例分析,提出解決畜牧產業問題的行動方案。 ●促進學生社會實踐的參與: 鼓勵學生參與相關的社會實踐活動,例如推廣食農教育、協助農村發展、參與環境保育等,將知識轉化為行動,為社會做出貢獻。 ●強化學生對永續發展的意識: 引導學生思考如何在經濟發展、環境保護和社會責任之間取得平衡,並培養學生對永續發展的責任感和行動力。 This course will explore various problems in Taiwan’s livestock industry, and combine social practices to guide students to deeply understand the industry’s current situation, develop critical thinking, and cultivate the ability to solve problems. The course will cover the following topics: 1. Current situation and challenges of animal husbandry, 2. The impact of climate change on industry, 3. Pros and cons of intensive animal husbandry, 4. The collapse and reconstruction of circular agriculture, 5. Food and agricultural education and sustainable consumption . Course Objectives Improve students' understanding of livestock industry: Deeply understand the development, current situations, problems and challenges of livestock industry in Taiwan, and cultivate students' critical thinking ability of the industry. ●Cultivate students' ability to solve problems: Guide students to use the classroom to learn, combine on-site inspections and case analysis, and propose action plans to solve problems in animal husbandry. ●Promote students' social practice participation: Encourage students to participate in related social practice activities, such as promoting food and agricultural education, assisting rural development, participating in environmental conservation, etc., to transform knowledge into actions and make contributions to society. ● Strengthen students' awareness of sustainable development: Instruct students to think about how to balance economic development, environmental protection and social responsibility, and cultivate students' sense of responsibility and action for sustainable development.
