本課程旨在培養學生具備能於教育體系中提供服務的學校社會工作者。課程內容會包含台灣學校社會工作的歷史、發展及社會變遷之間關係與情境脈絡,其如何形塑學校社會工作專業角色與工作內涵之實務特色。課程中會運用不同問題型態實務案例進行理論與實務之討論、多元方類型方案實務案例分享、邀請實務工作者到課堂分享等課程設計,提高學生對學校社會工作實務之理解與興趣,具備基礎勝任能力;同時,在課程討論中省思學校社會工作之倫理、價值與未來之發展。This course is designed to train students to provide school social workers who are able to provide services in the education system. The course content will include the relationship and context between the history, development and social changes of social work in Taiwan, and how it shapes the professional role and work connotation of the school’s social work. During the course, we will use different problem-based practical cases to discuss theoretical discussions and practices, share practical cases of multi-dimensional schemes, invite practical workers to the classroom to share, etc. to improve students' understanding and interest in the school's social work practice, and have basic ability to be responsible; at the same time, in the course discussion, the ethics, value and future development of social work in the provincial thinking school.
簡單來說「學校社會工作」就是將社會工作專業運用在以學校為基礎的生態系統中,協助學生及系統中的人都能得到適當的發展機會。《國民教育法》為學校社會工作進入校園輔導網絡提供了法源依據,也為學校社工啟動了專業制度化的發展契機。學校環境提供社會工作專業一個獨特的運作環境,藉由學校社工師與學校團隊成員及社區生態系統間的資源相互合作,往往能對學生及其所屬的家庭、學校帶來更適切的幫助。
To put it simply, "school social work" means to apply social work profession in a school-based biosystem to help students and people in the system get appropriate development opportunities. The "National Education Law" provides a legal basis for the entry of school social work into the campus network, and also launches a professional institutionalized development machine for school social workers. The school environment provides a unique operating environment for social work. By cooperating with the resources between school social workers, school team members and community ecological systems, it can often bring more appropriate help to students and their families and schools.
