「性別與社會工作」是針對大三的選修課程,課程的規劃主要是從「性別」的視角出發,從女權運動與女性主義觀點的發展脈絡,了解女性生命歷程的的特性與多樣化,傾聽女性的聲音與經驗,探討潛藏在社會中性別歧視與厭女情結如何影響其權益。透過一系列與性別相關的主題式議題:生命歷程、家庭照顧、勞動參與、親密關係暴力、性侵害、性騷擾、性剝削與同志運動/跨性別等,協助學生了解性別弱勢之群體經驗,結合社會工作實務專業知能,從微視到鉅視之觀點,深入剖析性別弱勢在社會結構面所遭遇到的各種問題與挑戰,打破「性別盲」(gender-blind)的桎梏,促進實質的性別平等。
"Gender and Social Work" is an option for junior high school students. The course planning is mainly developed from the perspective of "gender", from the development link between feminist movement and feminism, understand the characteristics and diversity of women's life courses, listen to women's voices and experiences, and explore how gender discrimination and love between women in society affect their rights. Through a series of gender-related topics: life course, family care, mobility participation, close relationship violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual destruction and gay sports/transgender, etc., we help students understand the experience of gender vulnerability and integrate the society. Professional knowledge in work, from micro to visual perspectives, deeply analyze various problems and challenges encountered by gender weakness in social structure, break the shackles of "gender-blind", and promote real gender equality.
