1.概念與理論:認識障礙的社會建構,探討障礙者在社會環境中的互動關係、如何被定位以及社會障礙如何形成,進而學習與深化從事身心障礙服務的基本知能與理論基礎。
2.政策與實務:從無障礙環境與共融生活、健康照護、就業、福利、社區居住與照顧等實務面向探討障礙者的需求以及福利服務的規劃與輸送,理解障礙政策與實務操作,培養障礙 服務領域的專業基礎能力。
3.障別、機構服務與網絡探索:透過指定領域及服務對象之機構與相關網絡探索,協助學生對於障礙實務的運作有更深一層的體悟;並延伸相關議題進行自主學習與報告分享,檢視對於障礙者及障礙服務思維的盲點,探索障礙社會工作實務所需具備的多元能力,作為投身障礙社會工作領域的前置準備。

這是一門介紹及探討身心障礙者社會工作的基礎課程。本課程將從障礙的歷史文化、障礙的概念、理論及ICF新制的探討,逐步引導學生思索「障礙」在社會建構下的多層次意涵。本課程亦簡要介紹不同障別的特質,進而從障礙者的醫療與健康照護、就業、福利、社區照顧、社會參與等實務面向,探討與講述現行相關政策規劃與服務輸送。除了課程講授,在教學策略上,本課程也結合影片、體驗學習、學生專題討論與報告等,以銜接實務運作,強化學習效果。
This is a basic course that introduces and explores the social work of people with physical and mental disabilities. This course will gradually guide students to think about the multi-level meaning of "obstruction" under the social construction from the historical culture of obstacles, concepts, theory and exploration of the new ICF system.
