The family social work course focuses on exploring the diversity and challenges of the family in modern society, emphasizing the diversity of the family as the initial and important living situation of people and deeply influenced by social changes. The purpose of this course is to guide students to understand the motivation of the family system, cultivate family-centered perspectives, and master professional knowledge and practical skills in social work in diverse families.
The course covers topics such as family system and motivation, family pressure and life cycle, and the ecological system view of family resources. Through diversified teaching methods such as theoretical explanations, case analysis, role-playing, etc., students can learn how to evaluate the current situation of the family, formulate plans for encounters, and use professional ethics and value-oriented complex family problems, focus on value clarification of edge and weak families, discuss family policies and multicultural ethics issues, and explore intervention strategies under the current social welfare system with family as the center and community as the basis. In addition, students will also look back on the history and experience of their native family, deeply understand the dynamic process of the family system, and enhance their future application capabilities in the realm field.
Course results expect students to have the ability to prepare system evaluation, resource integration and on-site execution, laying the foundation for future professional family and social workers.
隨著時代快速變遷，家庭的樣態多元且複雜，家庭社會工作是針對多樣化家庭的生態進行系統動力的瞭解，針對家庭所面臨的諸多困境，採取專業系統評估與多元化的綜融處遇。由於社工所面臨的家庭處境常是邊緣與複雜的，如何以合適的價值、態度與倫理偕同弱勢家庭或系統網絡間合作，並秉持以家庭為中心、社區為基礎的接軌當今的社會福利體制，以有效的因應相關難題，均是本課程將探討的重點。
As the times change rapidly, the family's environment is diverse and complex. Family social work is a systematic understanding of the ecological environment of diverse families, a comprehensive understanding of the many difficulties faced by the family, and a comprehensive experience of professional system evaluation and diversification. Since the family situation faced by social workers is often side by side and complex, how to cooperate with weak families or system networks with appropriate value, attitude and ethics, and uphold the current social welfare system with family-centered and community-based connections, and to respond to relevant difficult issues with effective reasons are the key points to be explored in this course.
