在全球化的狀態下,因為族群、性別、社區的多樣性增加,產生更多元的文化。台灣是個多元族群的社會,我們如何發揮多元文化社會的優勢,建構平等發展、共容共存的族群關係,而在社會工作專業從業人員,又如何因應多元社會所造成的改變,需要培養那些能力與素養,希望在本課堂能幫助學生在面對多元文化的情境中,能以更理解且多元觀點因應變動的社會。Under the state of globalization, more diverse cultures have been produced due to the increase in ethnicity, gender and community diversity. Taiwan is a multi-ethnic society. How do we develop the advantages of a multi-cultural society and build an equal development and coexistence ethnic relationship. How do we work professionally from employees in social work and how to respond to the changes caused by a diverse society need to cultivate those abilities and abilities I hope that this class can help students to better understand and diversify the society in a diverse and diverse way of viewing the changing society in a diverse context.
