社會科學研究為知識生產以及專業的基礎，了解各類型的研究方法對於社會工作實務而言是相當重要的。「社會工作研究方法」為三年級上、下學期課程，在這一年的課程中，你將會學習到基礎的社會研究方法，包括：如何系統性地闡述你想要問的研究問題、如何形成假設以及建構研究設計、找出合適的資料收集與分析方式、並且能夠將你的研究呈現給你的受眾。在整個學習過程中，你也會學到研究相關的倫理、如何做出信效度兼具、有品質的研究。在這一學年的課程之後，希望你能夠將學習到的方法運用在你的思考與決策上，並且對與你在未來的社工專業發展上有明顯的助益。
請注意，課程大綱將會依教學進度及學生需求進行調整。另外，課程進行方式將在第一週上課時詳細說明，已選上此堂課或是預計要加選此堂課的同學請第一堂課一定要出席，所有加選將於第一週上課後結束。Social science research is a foundation of knowledge production and professionalism. Understanding various types of research methods is very important for social work. "Social Work Research Methods" is a three-year, second-year course. During this year, you will learn basic social research methods, including: how to systematically describe the research questions you want to ask, how to form hypotheses and construct research design, find appropriate data collection and analysis methods, and can present your research to your audience. Throughout the learning process, you will also learn about researching related ethics and how to make research that is both reliable and valid and of quality. After this year of course, I hope you can apply the methods you have learned to your thinking and decisions, and will be significantly helpful to your future professional development of social work.
Please note that courses will be adjusted according to teaching progress and student needs. In addition, the course will be detailed in the first week of the course. Students who have selected this course or are planning to add this course are required to attend the first course. All additional selections will end after the first week of the course.
