1930 - 社會組織 Social Organization


教育目標 Course Target

組織是現代社會無所不在的社會單位。接受大學教育前(或讀社會學前),對置身的社會組織通常是為理所當然而不加反思,但進入職場前,對於社會組織的類型、特性得有一定的認識,才能規劃可以安身立命的職涯。本課程將以社會學的觀點來透視各層面的組織現象,組織制度與組織運作方式,並加深同學對組織形態的理解。 此外,社會學並無明確的職場對應,畢業生就業也呈現出異質性和多樣性。「培養產業需要的專長」這種教育目標並不完全適合社會學系學生,而應該以「職涯展望、學用合一」為教學目標,協助同學建立「職場識能」(workplace literacy)—無論在哪類型組織都需要的技能,據以在工作上成功並以健全、富有成效地完成職務的需求—亦即對職場有更宏觀、更全面但又不失具體的認識,從而根據自己的興趣專長規劃可以安身立命的職涯。為實現這樣的教學目標,本課程選擇可以一學期上完的教科書,以建立學生關於組織的整體性觀點,並以「實例的組織社會學分析」為學期作業,協助實際應用社會學的觀點。 Organizations are social units that are absent from modern society. Before receiving university education (or before reading social studies), the social organizations you are in are usually taken for granted without reflection, but before entering the field, you must have a certain understanding of the types and characteristics of social organizations in order to plan a career that can make a living. This course will use social perspectives to explore the organizational phenomena, organizational systems and organizational operation methods at all levels, and deepen students' understanding of organizational structure. In addition, social studies do not have clear job responses, and graduates also show differences and versatility. "Cultivate the seniors who need their industry" is not completely suitable for social science students, but should use "career prospects and integration of learning" as the teaching goal to help students establish "workplace" (workplace) literacy)—the skills required for success at work and fulfilling the needs of a job with a sound and productive experience—that is, a more grand, more comprehensive but specific understanding of the job, and a career that can be established based on your own interests. To achieve this teaching objective, this course selects textbooks that can be completed in one class to establish students' overall perspectives on organization, and uses "exemplary organizational social analysis" as the school's work to assist in the practical application of social perspectives.
