本課成為行政法之延伸課程，目的在協助學生參加國家公務員考試，包括行政類科與廉政類科。主要討論我國與公務員有關的法規、學說見解、大法官解釋與法院判決等，內容包括：公務員之定義、特別權力關係在我國之發展~公法上職務關係、公務人員之任用陞遷、公務人員之權利、義務與保障、公務員之懲戒懲處。行政中立、公務廉政倫理相關規範講授及案例探討This course has become an extension of administrative law, with the purpose of assisting students in the national public servant exam, including administrative and anti-corruption subjects. It mainly discusses the laws, academic explanations, justice explanations and court judgments related to public officials in our country, including: the definition of public officials, the development of special rights relations in our country~ Public law responsibilities, the appointment of public officials, and the rights of public officials , duty and security, and public servants' retention.
