Anti-Corruption Governance
教育目標 Course Target
以廉政治理角度了解政府機關可能產生弊端及風險，公務員以及相關利害關係人衍生法律風險，課程探討犯罪型態如白領犯罪(圖利、行收賄賂、偽造文書等)、經濟及詐欺犯罪、組織犯罪利益共生結構等，搭配犯罪預防措施。
Understand the possible drawbacks and risks of government agencies from the perspective of clean political theory, and legal risks arise from public officials and related stakeholders. The course explores criminal types such as vacancies (photographs, income, disposal, etc.), economic and fraud crimes, organizational criminal interests symbiosis structures, etc., and combines criminal prevention measures.
